Title: Outside Sales Representative
Pay: $40, 000 - $45, 000 base salary plus commission
Location: NE Florida and South Georgia territory
Agility Staffing is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell cabinetry solutions to builders and retail customers for a Jacksonville cabinetry company. Develop relationships with local builders and designers that ensure they use this company for all their cabinetry and countertop needs. Measure and design (20/20) cabinet layouts and present cost proposals, selling the value the company provides.
Develop a strategy and cultivate new business by cold-calling on local and custom builders, remodeling contractors, and designers, and selling our advantages.
Follow up on sales leads and schedule showroom appointments with prospective friends and family and retail customers. Set proper expectations. Promote upgrades.
Work with customers to obtain a budget for their project. Scale blueprints using Vu360 software to provide preliminary estimates.
Field measure job sites and provide cabinet concepts and cost proposals without giving up free designs (20/20.)
Obtain all necessary approvals and signatures. Collect down payments and balances due.
Submit all required job details to the Cabinet Ordering Department; be able to order cabinets as per FCM procedures and policies in the absence of administrative personnel.
Work with Scheduling Department to ensure smooth process with incoming cabinet deliveries, outgoing deliveries to job sites, and coordination of cabinet installations
Manage sub-contractor installer directions, quality, and accountability; approve invoices for payment
Communicate effectively with downstream departments to provide timely information; update changes in Moraware job-tracking system
Collaborate with Commercial Sales where viable opportunity exists
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
At least three years experience in construction sales
Self-starter with strong consultative and persuasive selling skills
Must be personable, knowledgeable and have the ability to listen to what each builder/customer needs
Ability to take those needs and properly set the customer s expectations for each project
Attention to detail and follow-up are crucial
Provide each builder/customer with a positive FCM experience
Must be computer literate: Word, Excel, Vu360, 20/20 Design
